USAGE INSTRUCTIONS
The recommended daily dose to maintain a normal blood cholesterol level is 20 g of powder. 20 g of powder contains 3 g of beta-glucans. To reduce the rise in blood glucose levels after a meal, add 28 g of powder for every 30 g of consumed carbohydrates (sugar, starch). 28 g contains 4 g of beta-glucans. Mix in your favourite beverage, soups, sauces, yoghurt, smoothie, fruit salads and other foods.
