Pour hot water over the DETOX tea bag and wait for 3 minutes. For best results, we recommend that you do not sweeten the tea. You can add lemon.
DETOX TEA daytime is drunk every morning. In case you forget to drink it in the morning, drink it as soon as you remember.
DETOX TEA bedtime is drunk every other night.
