USAGE INSTRUCTIONS
OK!Digestion: Stir 10 g (1 tablespoon) into a glass of water and drink. Weighing is recommended for accurate dosing.
Milk thistle is one of the safest medicinal plants, even with a large overdose it has no side effects, except for digestive disorders and faster digestion. Ground seeds can be easily mixed into smoothies, cereal or yoghurt. The recommended daily intake is 3g.
