How to consume Goji berries
You can absolutely eat them straight out of the bag, but they are also great in many recipes. Use them is cookies or add them to porridge.
If you are making a rice dish or a special sauce, rehydrate your Goji berries. Most people recommend powdered Goji berries, when making a smooth, liquid dish like chili, salsa and smoothie.
Store Goji berries in a dry, dark space. Dry Goji berries have a shelf life of up to a year!
