How to protect your liver during the holidays?
The Christmas holidays are almost here, so we’ve prepared some simple tips on how to prepare your liver, avoid fatty liver, and what to be careful with, so your liver can effectively remove toxins. Although our body has its own cleansing system (liver, kidneys, lungs, intestines…), sometimes it needs extra help to eliminate toxins and accumulated waste products from the body.
We are usually used to detoxifying the body later (make promises that we will start with diet in January… ), but we can still follow some guidelines that will help us improve the functioning of our liver. Poor performance means poor functioning of the mind and body, which is not what we want for the upcoming holidays.
