- ½ cup of hot water
- ½ cup of plant-based milk
- 1 tsp. of Matcha powder
- 1 tsp. of honey, agave syrup, stevia or erythritol (if desired)
Stir Matcha powder into hot water. You can use a traditional bamboo whisk to mix and stir until the surface foams. Add the vegetable milk of your choice and finally add the sweetener.
Matcha powder dissolves well and quickly in water. You can also use a milk frother.
Preparation of Matcha latte in a blender:
Add all the ingredients to a blender and add 1 tablespoon of coconut oil. Stir for about 1 minute. The drink will foam nicely.
Enjoy it hot or cold!
