#myexperience with HAIR VITAMINS
My name is Barbara and I’d like to share my experience with you.
Ever since I was little I’ve had long hair. Long straight hair. But thin. In puberty, when most girls start worrying about their appearance, thin hair started to bother me. It was long, but my ponytail was never thick and full. I remember the comments coming from my schoolmates telling me to cut my hair because it looks like straw and I have split ends. The said I would look much better with short hair.
Thankfully back then I decided not to listen to their mean comments, but 3 years ago I did cut 15 centimetres of my hair off and let my hairdresser give me highlights. Even lighter. That’s when my issues started.
Split ends, dry hair.
The cherry on top was stress around the uni exams that made me suffer from severe hair loss. Bunch of hair in the drain, 10 strains of hair in my hand every time I went through it. Hair od my bedding, the floor, car seats… I began to panic. Every long-haired girls’ nightmare.
I bought anti-hair loss conditioner which made things better, but after 3 months my hair started falling out again. I tried different hair vitamins, collagen, but they all tasted awful and I couldn’t make myself drink it regularly. I am a person who loves new habits, but I rarely stick to them.
