Raw chocolate eggs
This year, instead of chocolate eggs full of refined sugars and palm fat, we are making a healthier version – raw chocolate eggs. We have prepared a very simple recipe for a healthy dessert during the Easter holidays.
- 50 g cacao powder
- 100 g ground nuts
- 100 g ground oats
- 50 g ground almonds
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
- Agave syrup
Mix all the ingredients in a blender. Try the mixture and add agave syrup or any other sweetener to taste.
Shape the eggs and place in the fridge for a few hours to allow the eggs to harden. In case the mixture is too soft to form eggs, place it in the fridge for 10 minutes and then shape the Easter eggs.
