Vegan creamy ice cream
Peel the bananas and freeze them (preferably overnight). Then add them in a blender and add a tsp. of cinnamon and the rice milk. Mix everything well in the blender, until a creamy texture. Voila! The “nanacream” is ready. Fill the glass in layers – the first layer are muesli, which detoxify the body, and the second layer is ice cream. Repeat this until you reach the top of the glass.
