Vegan protein pancakes
A delicious protein pancakes recipe. Quick and easy recipe for pancakes with a high protein content!
Ingredients:
- 3 dcl almond milk
- 50g of protein porridge
- 50g of chocolate porridge
- 2 TBS. of buckwheat flour
- a pinch of baking powder
- 3 tsp. of chia seeds
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1/2 tsp. of cinnamon
- extra virgin coconut oil
- fresh fruit
Directions:
Mix all the ingredients in a blender and wait at least 20 minutes for the chia seeds to soak. Then, use a pan with coconut oil to bake the pancakes. Finally, add sliced pineapple, strawberries or raspberries.
