Mini raw chocolate cakes

INGREDIENTS
- 400g pitted dates
- Raw cocoa powder
- Extra virgin coconut oil
- Coconut flour
DIRECTIONS
- Soak the pitted dates in water. After two hours of soaking, strain them.
- Add dates and two tbs. of coconut oil to a powerful blender. Stir until a smooth mixture is obtained. Add 2 tbs. of cocoa powder and blend well again. And the mixture is ready!
- Sprinkle the models (you can use muffin models) with coconut flour and cocoa powder. Fill them up with the mixture and sprinkle with coconut or cocoa.
- Put everything together in the refrigerator for approx. 1 hour to harden. Take the mini cakes out of the models and sweeten up!
