OK!FatBurn: Twice a day, mix 5 g (1 scoop) in a glass of water and drink. We recommend that you drink it before the main meals. Weighing is recommended for accurate dosing.

Golden Curcuma Latte: The recommended daily intake is 3g (1 teaspoon). Use it as a spice in dishes. Turmeric is much more effective when mixed with black or cayenne pepper which help it absorb and make it more effective.
