USAGE INSTRUCTIONS
Liver Cleanse: The recommended daily amount is 5 g or 1 teaspoon. Stir in a glass of water.
OK!Sterol Forte: Stir 1 scoop (3 g) twice a day into a glass of water. The beneficial effect is achieved with a daily intake of at least 800 mg of plant sterols.
