Mango and banana ice-cream with granola

Ingredients:

  • 50 grams of chocolate granola
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 frozen mango
  • 120 ml of coconut milk
  • blueberries

Directions:

Peel and then freeze the banana and mango (preferably overnight). Then put them in a blender, add rice milk and blend until you get a creamy texture. Serve it in a bowl, and if desired add the chocolate granola with blueberries on top.
