The recommended daily intake is 3g (1 teaspoon). Add to tea, other hot beverages, or smoothies. If you use it once a day, then we recommend evenings.

Warning:

The recommended daily intake should not be exceeded. Keep away from children! Pregnant women or breastfeeding mothers should not use this product. Also not suitable for people who have thyroid problems and get treated with corticosteroids. The food supplement is not a substitute for a balanced and varied diet.

Due to natural variations in the properties of the active ingredients, the colour, taste and smell of the product may vary slightly from batch to batch. These changes do not affect the overall quality and performance of the product.
