USAGE INSTRUCTIONS
Curcumin JointCare: Stir 2 scoops (10 g) into a glass of water and drink.
Magnesium: The recommended daily amount is 5 g (1 scoop). Mix in a glass of water and consume as soon as the powder dissolves. With 5 g of powder, you consume 375 mg of magnesium.

The recommended daily amount or dose should not be exceeded. A dietary supplement is not a substitute for a balanced and varied diet. Store in a dry and cool place. Keep out of reach of children!
